Store Return Policy
"Kitty goes..." offers the following returns policy:
A Return Merchandise Authorize number is required for returns or exchanges. Please follow the process listed below:
Contact customer service by e-mailing us at info@kittygoes.com within two weeks of arrival to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Upon authorization you will receive a RMA number. Place this number on a copy of your Packing Slip or on a copy of your Invoice Receipt and return this sheet with your item. Pack the item to be returned securely in the original package and be sure to include all original packaging for the item, box, bag, labels, hanging tags etc. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package. You may send the return through a insured/traceable carrier of your choice such as registered mail, UPS or Federal Express.
We are not responsible for packages sent to us that are lost or damaged. The full purchase price minus shipping and handling will be refunded in approximately 14 business days, after we received the item.
All refunds, exchanges and returns must be approved by our customer service department. We can not accept returns on worn clothing, items damaged by odor or cosmetics. Any damages or missing items in the order must be reported withing 5 business days from receiving the order. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. Pricing, services or policies are subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for any customs fees outside the US.
